KAGAME AND THE NEW KIGALI RWANDA STRATEGIC PLAN

The Kigali Conceptual Master Plan is based on research and analysis of a wide range of background conditions and technical aspects, as outlined in the Existing Conditions Report. It is hoped that the Kigali Conceptual Master Plan will help to create a city that is:
  1. A symbol of the Rwandan culture that serves as an example for modern Africa;
  2. A livable community that supports a sense of belonging, cooperation and healing;
  3. A model of environmental protection and which minimizes pollution and waste;
  4. In sum: a model of environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
IF WE CAN HAVE BETTER SYSTEMS OF GOVERNANCE AND VISIONARY LEADERS LIKE KAGAME IN AFRICA, THERE WILL BE GREAT PROGRESS SUPPORTED BY THE AVAILABILITY OF LARGE RESERVES OF RESOURCES AND AFRICA WILL BECOME SELF SUFFICIENT, ECONOMICALLY  STABLE, AND A SUPERPOWER. ALL PEOPLE IN AFRICA WILL BE GRATEFUL BY ENJOYING THE WEALTH IN THEIR COUNTRIES.
